About our factory

One of our goals has always been to have a continuous production line by our own system, in which we can keep control of the instruments quality as well as being on time when the customers are in rush.  This proved not to be possible if we want to deal with local machine shops.  Therefore we obtained a 5000 square meter land and built two machine halls with 800 square meters area. Having 150 Amps of electricity and three line telephone, we can be in contact with the customers and operate many machines at the same time.

Our factory is at Mahdasht, in Karaj within Safadasht Industrial area.  We are located by the Khordad boulevard.  Every body is most welcome to drop by and make a visit from our facilities.

Facilities

The following facilities are working full day in the machine shop to produce the instruments required for our projects in the country.

• 2 machining equipments

• 2 Drill presses

• Compressors and welding machines

• 2 presses to form materials and check the capacity of load cells

• One oven to do special heat treatment for raw materials

• Many hydraulic pumps and jacks together with gauges

• a lot of other peripheral tools and deceives

We have a lot of materials in stock to be able to supply to the customers, the instruments they need in due course.  Since many of our products are now standardised, this makes us able to produce many of them and provide the customer whenever they need them.

Our success so far has been due to the dedication of our staff to design and make whatever suites the customer the most in very quick time.  Our Autocad experts are in fact, located in the factory and design the product and directly send it to the machining equipments.  The designer is in fact in front of the machine during the production and has a close interaction with the operator and also receives the operators feed back to change the design if necessary.  All of our products have serial numbers and are associated with an Autocad file where they are continuously updated when receiving feed backs from users.

A part of our shop is dedicated to overhauling our drilling and grouting  equipments and maintenance services.  To guarantee a continuous service at sites far away from civil facilities, all the equipments should be kept in a good condition.  This is only possible by having your own maintenance facilities. Our mechanics maintain and over haul the equipments that have finished their jobs in sites.  Having all the required facilities (such as cranes, welding machines, compressors and painting tools etc.) in the shop, we can keep our machines ready to go for challenging jobs.
